Hello, and welcome! I’m Patricia, an energy healer and sound therapy practitioner who’s passionate about supporting people on their journey to reconnect with themselves. Through the work I do, I invite you to explore a deeper level of wellness with energy healing, sound therapy, and ceremonial cacao.

My path to becoming an energy healer and sound therapist hasn’t been a straight line. I grew up in a world that often overlooked the subtle energies within and around us, and I found a sense of purpose in exploring these deeper connections. Over time, I discovered how impactful energy healing can be, both personally and for the people I work with.

I like to think of energy healing as a kind of symphony, where different methods—like Reiki, sound therapy, and crystal healing—all work together to help restore balance. Each practice plays a role in unblocking and harmonizing energy, and I’m grateful to witness the meaningful shifts that can happen in this space.

Ceremonial cacao holds a special place in my heart. It’s a powerful heart opener and a grounding companion in self-discovery, helping us connect more deeply with our emotions. Sipping cacao in ceremony is a way to embrace the fullness of our human experience and cultivate connection within ourselves and with others.

Alongside energy healing and sound therapy, I also offer intuitive guidance for those who are seeking more clarity. Whether through intuitive insights or primal health nutrition, my goal is to help people reconnect with their inner wisdom and honour the natural ways of living that keep us grounded and energized.
